Terms & conditions

  1. FOOD & BEVERAGE:

It is the policy of Vishram Resort, that all food and beverage must be purchased from our facility. We do not allow groups or individuals to bring food and/or beverage unto our premises or into our banqueting and meeting rooms. The only exceptions are wedding cakes and wedding favours.

Breakfast Time: 8:00AM to 10:00AM

 

2. ROOM ACCESS:

We accommodate the need for clients to decorate, place equipment and set up their meeting/function room prior to the start of their event.

Check-in Time-12:30PM

Check-out time- 11:00AM

 

3. DECORATIONS & DISPLAY:

Decorations or display brought into the Resort must be approved by the Conference and Banqueting Department prior to arrival. To prevent damage to Resort walls, floors, ceiling and fixtures, items must NOT be attached with nails, staples, tape or other adhesive substances unless authorised by the Resort. Charges may be applied for any damage incurred prior to, during or following the event.

 

4. VENDORS:

Please note that all outside suppliers need to be approved prior to your event by the Resort. We request that any outside vendor especially decorators and audio/visual companies meet the Resort contact or Event Executive prior to the event.

 

5. SAFETY:

Vishram resort advise that the use of materials for the production of heat, light, gas, smoke and/or sound is subject to approval by Resort Management. This included candles, smoke/fog machines and any pyrotechnic equipment. Any damage to the property will be subjected to addition of charges from the client.

 

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer


Vishram Resort does not warrant that errors or omissions may sometimes occur. We does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, currency and completeness of the contents, including without limitation, any information relating to rates and room availability. Vishram Resort disclaims any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever relating to this web site and other worldwide web links including without limitation, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

 

7. Reservations, Amendments and Cancellations


In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control, need to reject or change a confirmed reservations it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances however if no alternative is provided to the Client, the hotel will return any deposit made and considered it cancelled. This is the limit of the hotel's liability.


The hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of per room per night in the event of a late cancellation notice or a no-show at the hotel.
